Nutritional data

Fellas, anybody know the approximate macronutrient content of an 8oz filet (no bacon)??? I have been looking all over and can't find info on just a plain cut of meat. I know this is just an estimate, but any info would help as I am getting ready to rev up the diet...
 
i know of this www.calorieking.com check it out dont know if it will have what your looking for but they have alot of shit on there that may help you out in the future as well.
 
Here is another question. This is just for opinions though. If you first steam brocolli, then refridgerate it, and then microwave it later, does it retain its nutritional value? Is it better just to microwave it, boil it, or what? I usually steam and re-microwave veggies. Just wondering what everyone else does.

Fresh and raw is the best.
