IGF is it for me?

I guess I am an amateur? I am still in the dark about IGF-I know what it stands for. I was intoroduced into BB at a young are by my father. I did a few cycles, and I am currently at 6'3, 243, 7%bf. I never have done IGF. Is it for me? What kinds of gains will I make? How do I use it? I mean I have done some reading, I don't know what phase I and II are, and it sounds like a whole pain in the ass. Is someone going to change my mind or what?

P.S. all the threads on this web get an average of 40.2 views. The average thread containing steriod or controlled substance abuse on this web gets an average veiw of 245. Why is this? Curious, spying, decidinding or not out of the closet yet users?

why should you try it? thats the question right? well it isnt for the average person, i would go as far as to say it isnt for most people who do gear, to many kids get it and dont blow up like on dbol and bitch and moan, if ur a grown man serious about bodybuilding,,,,not the competing aspect either, i mean building ur body for urself, and if ur in it as a life style then you would want something that solidifys gains, meaning u get quality lean musclemass, that you keep, and if your serious and in this sport for the love of it and ur body then its for you.. it is all about longevity bro, basicly its for those of us with patience who look down the road years from now, not the guys who jam jam jam shit intot ehm to just put weight on for summer, lol,

i figured u knew how t worked and what not, so i figured i would reply in this direction, and im serious, pack on 5-6 pounds of solid solid lean muscle for the next 5 years that u know u will keep on or off cycle, thats the smart way in my opinion, i posted my 7 week igf only diet pictures, i was clean for almost a year and 6 mnths into the year i was cleanng my receptors out i got back on igf, i was amazed at how much muscle i kept from years past of igf use, and i was big ripped and clean, igf is simply amazing to me, but its all about knowing ur body and knowing your goals, and longevity in this sport is what im aiming for.. HOW ABOUT YOU?

Also Some Guys Say They Dont Gain Weight At All, They Just Lose Bodyfat, While A Guy Here Last Year Toldme He Put On 28lbs From It, Everyone Responds Different, Some Get Hypo, Some Sleepy, Some Hungry Some Not Hungry, Most Experience Insane Pumps, I Personaly Experience Bone Growth In My Feet More So My Left One, Wich Kinda Sucked, lol

Its Best Taken With Supps For Some Synergy Of Types.

As For U Asking How To Use It, You Take About 33mcgs Per Dose, It Is Sold Legaly As A Non-injectable, Though Some Guys Say It Works Even Better Used In Or Administered Different, but It Is A Legal Compound Bro, Not Scheduled To Date But Will Be Shortly Im Sure Of It

Great post Presser. I just turned 40..... I've been involved with AAS for 17 years.... I just had a recent blood test.... and everything came back perfect. I very much appreciate the incredible gains that the BIG guys make. I really enjoy reading the post about the heavy cycles and the huge gains in size. My goal happens to be somewehat different though... not that I think either one is wrong or right... I just enjoy maintaining good vascularity year after year. Personally, I believe in lower dosage, long term cycles. My cycles may range from 6 to 8 months with dosages ranging from 200 to a total of 750 mgs/week. But, to your question.... I think IGF is a great addition to your cycle stategy. I have a buddy that is doing 400mg Test/week and 60mcg/day and seeing excellent gains. I, personally, believe it adds synergy to any cycle.. even at low dosages of AAS.

IGF is definitely for the serious weightlifter, but alot more people can benefit from it's leaness effect and decrease in body fat, that means using it in your workout, and diet routine...It's definitely a must for anyone that is lookin to improve the way they look,..either cut or gain...it can help...It's just a matter of givin it a try and see for yourself...

Thank you. I think it is something I will look into. I am a serious lifter and have been for many years now. I do not know if I want to compete yet but I do love the sport.

I would say yes, its that simple, it has been the best additional to my arsenal and has helped me pack on serious permanent mass over the past 10 months of cycled use, at least 15lbs of lean tissue, with over 2" on my arms where I was shooting it, like Presser says if you are serious about bodybuilding this stuff can push your limits that bit further. If you are in the sport purely recreationally then I wouldn't, then again I can't understand the megadoses some guys take recreationally with no view to ever compete

I'm biased because I'm such a big fan of it. I wouldn't say I'm a recreational user but I'm not or will I ever be a competitive bodybuilder. I've done only a few cycles of AAS over the past 12 years but once I started cycling IGF-1 a year and a half ago I've since done 5 or 6 cycles of it and I've made incredible permanent gains. I've used it to speed my recovery from surgery, used it to lean out and drop body fat before my wedding/honeymoon and used it to help get me ready to start marathon training again. At 35 years old I've found myself looking and feeling younger.

I've done a few cycles of it myself, and not only does it give you some quality permanent gains of muscle, it also seems to give some permanent fat loss as well (at least it did for me). When I leaned out on it and came off, I found that my bf level seemed to maintain at a lower level. Perhaps that is partly due to my body type being a hardgainer, but I did not put fat on after I came off. I have not been disappointed at all with my results.

Bump that up definitely...IGF is a great stuff...All you hear is good....IGF is a must have supplement for any trainning routine...my 2 cents

IGF is awesome to say the least. Good results in a short period of time. Not amazing gains, but you will notice a difference when using it.
