First time on hangclean maxout.

Ok well I have weight lifting this semester.Everyone has maxed out on squat except for a couple of people me including. Because we were not dressed out since was the first day. Well The next day everybody ran the 40 yard dash , I havent ran since basketball season last year , and I was wearing some messed up shoes with no grip. But everybody ran 2 runs and my fastest time on it was 5.06 but I know I can get faster.

Anyway today at school we did hang cleans , Seems like a very good shoulder , and back exercise. But anyway my maxout was 155 and im weighing 125 and it was my first time doing it.
 
ive always called them just cleans like a clean and press but without the press just to that position correct me if im wrong malic but i assume this is what you are referring too. and good lift for your weight bro keep it up.
 
Nice job little brother. Keep up the hard work and add some sprints to your routine and you'll get faster in no time. Let me know if you need any specific run workouts
 
thanks Angel , I really need some good stretching exercises. Cause next your I plan on doing cross country , track , wrestling , basketball , football , and boxing
 
No problem, Malic. You're going to have a lot on your plate...make sure you can keep up with school too. You're doing good!!
