I recently got some IGF-1 (long acting stuff). Of course it is generic, so it came with no instructions and no liquid to add to the vials. I went with the standard of 1 ml of BA, but there was still undisolved stuff. I ended up going to 5 ml of BA and it pretty much disolved (though there is still a gelatin like sediment). After reading about this on a couple of boards, I was afraid it was crap, so I took it thinking it wouldn't work.
Day 1: 30 mcg, Day 2: 60 mcg, Day 3: 60 mcg. On day three, I was SOO tired I kept having to get starbucks to keep going, and my tendonitis in my right elbow got bery painful. And I was more hungry than normal. So, apparently it was the real deal.
I went back to 40 mcg and it appears to be working without killing my elbows. But here are my questions.
First, will I be able to slowly increase the dose if I want? I have read that some folks need higher doses to respond.
Second, all that BA is making the injections suck. I did sub-q for the first three days and my belly was SORE and had small knots in it where I injected. Putting on a weight lifting belt hurts. So I went to a IM shot in my bis. I put 10 ius of the BA/IGF mix and 20 ius of bact. water in each bi, and they hurt and had knots.
My slip pins only go up to 30 ius. Should I get larger pins to dilute the stuff further? How much do I need to rotate body parts? I can't hit bis every day, and I already inject 10 ml of oil a week. Should I dilute the IFG mix with water and then use a normal pin since the measurements are easier, or will that make it go bad faster.
