Hello Everyone . I am 34 and need to find a good supplement regime to compliment my age . I have used my share of gear through out my younger years and now just wish to stay natural .
My diet is bang on ( until I drink half a brewery and drool over those evil greasy items . LOL )
Anyone have hands on info ? Still looking for that little edge ....Aren't we all .

Thank you .

Creating Ethyl Ester or "CEE" seems to be pretty popular. Ive used it, it gives great pumps and if used consistentely enough will help to add a little more mass to your frame. Good news is: it doesnt bloat you like Reg. Creatine and you take about 1/3 the amount. Good luck!

I have read a research article that glutamine can produce gains in lean body mass over a two month period. It is about equal to what you would get from creatine, except the extra weight stays after you stop using it. With Creatine, it goes away.

If you use CEE, make sure you get it in pills or be prepared for a nasty taste to your shakes. I will go back to normal creatine if I use it again.

I also take glucosamine for my joints. It is helpful when you start to get older (not that 34 is by any stretch old).

if you're looking for a little edge CEE and Glutamine are the 100% natural ways to go, if you still want more of an edge you should read up on IGF, I'm 35 myself and never felt younger and better than while on IGF, it's naturally occuring in the body so in a way it's still natural!

i have heard alot about the CEE, and most people like the results they are gettin...might wanna try that.. Also what CEE maker company would you guys recommend...?

Glutamine, IGF, creatine, and glucosamine are all excellent.

For older guys, I have heard that Tribulus is good. I haven't had much luck with it, but it might be worth a try...

I get good results with Maca Root for energy, and good hormone balance. Only side effect that is not positive is the cost for good Maca Root.

Thread is 4 years old and btw CEE has been proven to not be very effective at all, creatine monohydrate is the best option out of the types of creatine.
