Am now down to 210lbs, doing 2 40 minute cardio sessions a day and have restricted carbs to 150 grams am very tired but starting to cut up nicely, only 4 weeks and it will all be over

Thanks guys (and girl, angel) appreciate the words of encouragement feeling pretty tired but know there is not long left. I have planned my last cheat meal for Saturday to fire up my metabollism before a few intense weeks to get the last pounds off

wow, you're kinda built like me. Those arms just dont wanna catch up! I actually think its the rest of the body doesnt want to slow down
