t4/t3 dosing

was curious as to how some of you with experinece have run the t4/t3 combo. also would like to find out what your results were with that. i have been told that t4 is essentially useless.
 
well i have never tried it. But based on all the threads i have read on it. T3 will lean you up pretty good but i think i heard someone say that you have use another drug to come off. Also it is very likely that that weight will come back after you stop taking t3. Its more for those who are competing. If you want long term effects, stick with ECA or Clen and clean diet with cardio. Cant go wrong there bro.
 
The stuff I use it a combo. I use it with clen and it is very effective. Just ramp up and down like normal. I usually do a 10-14 day cutter and will drop a half a pound a day. I end up with about 150 mcg of clen when I stop. Cals before are about 3800-4200. During diet they are about 2200 with a lot of protein. Always on when I do this so I don't lose muscle. Then I usually ease back into a bulker. I find it helpful in re-setting my metobolic rate (I get to the point where it is hard to gain on a bulker b/c I can't stuff enough in my mouth). I should add that I just finished an 8 day cutter and dropped 8 pounds, but I am sure 4 are water. That is my usual ratio. It is pretty cool to lose that much weight (dropped a pants size). But some of that is just because my belly isn't stuffed withfood like it normally is. Clen and T3 are a great combo.
 
I don't think that there really are any major sides with t3. It has been around for a long time and used by folks for decades. There was even a study that looked at folks who were incorrectly diagnosed and put on t3 for years. When they stopped taking it, they flipped back to normal in a few weeks. \

You should ramp up and then ramp down so your body adjusts and doesn't start packing on the weight when you stop taking it. I add a pill a week and then drop back a bit faster (they recommend the same steps going down.)

Clen can give you heart palpatations if youtake too much. The only side I have experienced is muscle cramps in weird muscles (my neck and forearm for example). Take potasium and magnesium and suck it up for a couple of weeks. The cramps never caused any probelms in my lifting. Don't take too muchg clen to start with or you can really fuck your self up. It is weighted in MCGs. I start with 25 mcgs and add 25mcgs every 3 days. After I get to 150 mcgs I stop since your body stops responding. YMMV, but you can tell if you are taking too much. Take it in the morning if you have any interest in sleeping at night.
