Gear and endurance

what gear would you say would be most benificial to reproducing red blood cells and raising the rbc count? In otherwords, most benificial to an endurance athlete. vague question i know, but i was just wondering which you guys thought would be most benificial to say a boxer, fighter or sprinter....thanks fellas
 
I would go with EQ or I should say I do go with EQ for endurance, I'm a runner, former boxer and adventure racer and I've run many marathons. A sprinter by definition would be anearobic and relies more on speed strength than endurance but anything longer than say 1500 meters requires endurance
 
definitely agreed on Eq, my dog was on it a while back and it was in an orgainzed sports and it gave it the most endurance....best choice...
 
It is not an anabolic, but Epogin or Procrit will definately raise RBC's and improve endurance. It does have some AE's so be carefull. Also, $$ and can be hard to get.

actually he tested positive for it but he admitted to using a list of other drugs but never used Winny, he's also a sprinter and wouldn't be considered an endurance athlete
 
Pretty sure he asked what a sprinter would take and whether Ben admitted it or not:

Johnson’s urine sample was analysed on Sunday, September 25 at the IOC-accredited laboratory in Seoul, under the direction of Dr. Jongsei Park. As is customary practice, the specimen was split into two parts, the A and B samples. Only the A was tested and there were 90 nanograms of stanozolol, an anabolic steroid, found.
 
yeah there's been lots of speculation over the years about Ben's use because his coach came out and admitted to Ben's using they claim the IOC had a vendetta against him. He and his Coach then admitted over the years to all of the doping they did but he claims he never used Winstrol... Either way I'm responding to the title of the post and trying to inform him as to what is good for increasing endurance. Sprinting is short distance running and not an endurance sport and I'm just trying to help clarify that. What gear a sprinter takes and what someone who is looking for endurance takes are going to be different.
 
mike, watch eq for distance, its just as bad as winny for cramping or rathera ful puped felling that would hinder you. EPO although non anabolic is what alot of endurence seekers use, raise heoglobin production I beleive resultingin more o2 carries per rbc. If I were a boxer something like that my me use full, but I wol vote for a tren prop mix myself. prop always gives me a little endurace while enough tren makes me want to fight the world. just my thoughts.
