Clen On Its Own

I was thinking of doing a two week cycle of clen just to harden up a few pounds.However i came across this on another website saying that AAS should be incorporated to prevent muscle loss..Should i loose much muscle whilst doing a clen only cycle while in a calorific deficit 2900kcal with AM cardio x4 daily

i don't know what website you found that on but I for one don't believe it. Clen has been proven to be anti-catabolic and some even claim it has a slight anabolic effect. Clen is the perfect thing to take while trying to shed bodyfat because it helps you preserve muscle.
 
Mikeswift is right, but I usually do clen as a part of a SHORT cutter at the end of a bulker so I am already on. After you work hard to gain the muscle, you don't want to lose it. Also, you can only run clen for at most two weeks. I usually do something like ten days. I usually go with a 2K calorie diet and can drop the fat that I gained. Add some t3.
 
there are ways to run Clen longer and I believe the MC Clen in particular has ketofin in it which keeps your receptors fresh. I know another way to do it is to take Benadryl everynight before going to bed for two weeks and that will keep your receptors from being saturated... I'm sure if you do a search on Clen there's more info out there on specifics. Generally speaking though 2 weeks on and 2 weeks off cycled with ECA on your off weeks is a good system.
 
That info is more consistent with T3, not clen. Clen is anti-catabolic so it will keep you from losing muscle.
 
I'll be starting a 2 week cycle of clen next monday with x4 AM cardio sessions per week.Weight training will be 4 times a week (mon,wed,fri&sat)

Diet wise i will be eating every2.5-3hours

Currently i have been eating 500gcarbs 200gprotein 40gfat (3160kcal)

My 6 week cutting plan:-

First three weeks i will be eating 300gcarbs 300gprotein 60gfat (2940kcal)

Then for the next 3 weeks i will drop my carbs down to 250gcarbs 300gprotein and 60gfat (2740kcal)


Eating will be from very clean foods..All fat will be from EFA's
8-9 hours sleep a night
4-5 litres of water a day

I just need to harden up maybe 6 pounds or so, anything in this diet i am doing wrong??
How does this look like?
 
make sure your cardio is intense and you get your heart rate up, it's hard to judge heart rate while on Clen as it will speed it up for you without any effort on your part. Cardio sessions to cut should be at least 45 minutes or longer. You should do well, I think 6lbs. is attainable depending on how much you were doing before going into this. Good luck and keep us posted on your progress.
 
Clen immune?

Is anyone here not affected by Clen? I've used it several times, different sources/manufactures, at doses that I should just buy the company, but aside from some very minor cramping, had little effects. I'm at 285 and started at 10 a day and went up a bit from there. :drooling: Of course I can also use ephedra like TicTacs, the same very little effects on 6-8 of the older 24mg dose pills. :dizzy:
 
One question: by adding T3 to Clen, what sort of effect I may expect? Further bodyfact reduction than by Clen alone?
 
You're kidding, right? You must really be used to using stimulants because if I take anymore than 10 drops of clen, and I'm so jittery I can't sit still--that's powerful stuff. Maybe you have a greater tolerance for such compounds.
 
10 drops, i wish i could tolerate that much, i get a kick out of 3 drops of MC clen and it lasts the whole day, that stuff is great but gotta be careful caz it's potent if not used correctly, but the results are amazing with exercise and diet,.... t-3 should only be used in a cycle or at least lower dose caz it metabolizes everything and especially protein from the muscles....to use t-3 i recommend a higher protein diet..... my 2cents
