Strength Endurance

Currently Im taking a protein shake my parents got for me from wal-mart designer protein is the maker of it 25g of protein per serving 1/3 of powder. Im taking 3 a day with atleast 6 ounces of milk per serving. One in the morning , on in the after noon after I get done weight lifting , One at night.

But well alright I have a machine weight bench thing outside with around 200 lbs on it with 8 plates. So each plate is roughly 25lbs. I can bench that weight for more than 100 times. Should I just take the lightest weight on that weight bench and rep to failure with it for strength endurance or should I just do as many pushups as I can to failure for my strength endurance???

Also I still want this as my new avatar.

I think you should do which ever is more difficult, but as long as you're still getting a lot of reps in there. how many reps are you getting with the push ups when you go to failure?

well pushups are roughly about 60% of the weight of your body. I can get around 50 reps maybe more maybe less. Because it will be like benching 85lbs every pushup I do

If you want to challenge your stength narrow your arms width when doing pushups. Meaning put your hands closer together for your pushups...this will challenge your strength a little. Eventually, you'll want to make a triangle with your fingers and thumbs and touch your nose in that triangle when doing pushups...this is challenging.

Good luck!!

Well I can already do that works triceps real good. But like so should I just do pushups then instead of even lighter weight than what im doin when doing pushups for more reps?

try puttin some weight on your back and do push ups with that...and see how that works out....even the closer and wide push ups can be a challenge too
