Ordered a couple of pounds of protein from them about 2 weeks ago and I had a coupon code to get a free pound of egg protein. I didn't realize that the coupon code had expired so I was pissed when I didn't get my extra pound... So I wrote them a nice e-mail asking what was up and they of course replied that my code was expired but they said they're going to send me the free pound anyway.... The moral of the story, sometimes you get more bees with honey than you do with vinegar.
Not sure how many of you bro's are using them but I have to say not only great service but an outstanding product as well really digging the customization and the BSL flavors.
