Gentlemen,
Can someone please tell me the best way to train my legs lets say 1 week out from a photoshoot.
Ive observed that my legs look best about 3-4 days after training. (stirations, cuts), but exercise is best?
Squats? (usual sets are 3 sets of 12 @ 225, ass to the floor)
Press? (usually 3-4 sets ending with 6-7 plates per side)
would legg extensions be best pre-contest? (photos)
any information is appreciated
