am i susceptible to gyno?

hey, i have never done a cycle before, but i am considering it. i used to be somewhat overweight at one point, and at that time had man boobs, which was pretty fucking horrible. now that i am thinner, i have lost them, which is great, but i am not making strength gains like i used to. obviously steroids would help, but the last thing i want to do is get man boobs again, especially once off the cycle. is there a good chance of this happening?
 
yes if you are not educated enough and dont take precautions then yes on certain drugs very easy to happen. Nolvadex, is a serm it helps keep estrogen off the breasts and femera keeps it from converting to estrogen at all if you do your research and know what your doing then you should be just fine bro read up on the site and do a search for a few things. Its a great place to learn good guys round here i wouldnt really think you would be more susceptible but somebody else chime in if im wrong my advice just do your research bro give us some stats on you height, weight, age, years training, etc. so we can help you a little more.
 
im 5'9 about 170, ive been training somewhat seriously for a little over a year now, prior to that i was just into lifting for sports purposes. to me its pretty serious, but in no way comparable to how competition lifters are. i lift 4 days a week, run 3 to keep the weight off, which i know is detrimental to strength gains...but again, im only a recreational lifter. i have been debating over doing some cycles for quite some time, but money and possible side effects have kept me from going through with it. i am trying to get about 5-10 lbs bigger and significantly more cut, and be able to retain most of the gains after ive stopped using the cycle(s)...obviously i would continue to work out once off the cycle. its probably unrealistic, but thats what id like. again the man boobs is my biggest fear, because a 350 lb bench wont do shit for me on the beach with acne and tits, you know?
 
well if your just a rec. lifter i would say stay away from gear man. i say just up your protein keep a clean high cal diet and then cut before summer bulk winter cut summer that way you dont have to worry bout bitch tits and gyno on the beach. but if you choose the cycle research much more before jumping into anything.
 
I think you'd be happy cycling clen and eca and then maybe trying a light test and winny cycle after a few months... keep reading and researching and like Gbart said eat a HIGH protein diet and eat clean. The gyno and the acne are things with proper supps and protocal you can easily avoid. Keep us posted on your progress bro and hit the cardio hard.
 
thanks for the advice. still unsure about what i am going to do yet. it's actually a tough decision for me, i will probably try to research a shitload before i make any moves. ephederine is back on the market, i will be taking some of that for now. i just wish they would bring back pro-hormones, because i would be set. are light test cycles somewhat similar?
