im 5'9 about 170, ive been training somewhat seriously for a little over a year now, prior to that i was just into lifting for sports purposes. to me its pretty serious, but in no way comparable to how competition lifters are. i lift 4 days a week, run 3 to keep the weight off, which i know is detrimental to strength gains...but again, im only a recreational lifter. i have been debating over doing some cycles for quite some time, but money and possible side effects have kept me from going through with it. i am trying to get about 5-10 lbs bigger and significantly more cut, and be able to retain most of the gains after ive stopped using the cycle(s)...obviously i would continue to work out once off the cycle. its probably unrealistic, but thats what id like. again the man boobs is my biggest fear, because a 350 lb bench wont do shit for me on the beach with acne and tits, you know?
