Diet question

I am a hard gainer, making positive progress always but my B/F is about 7%. I don't do cardio unless training. Now I eat about 5 meals a day. I was strict on my diet but it went to shit a little bit, I kept breakfast tight, same with pre-workout. But the shit just be callin' me man like Pookie said. Lunch time and I was tired of eating plain chicken, rice so I got a few double cheese burgers, fries, on the weekend ordered pizza. For dinner a few nights I had like two rubens. Now my weight is up, but I don't see a real difference. Besides getting my B/F checked I want some input. Maybe increasing some fat in my diet is okay? Or do I junk all the junk if I can. It's like trying to shake a crack addiction I would imagine.

You're a hard gainer? Seems hard to believe from your avatar pic. I'm not entirely sure what your question is...What difference were you looking for? I'm going to assume that you mean you are trying to bulk. I would love to be at 7% bf, but if I was going to try to bulk up having your body, I see nothing wrong with adding some good fats--should be just fine. Flax oil in the protein shakes is one good way.

yeah I find it hard to believe that you're a hard gainer looking at your pic. You may have thought you were a hard gainer but I can introduce you to some true hard gainers... lol

seriously though I think Tony is right on the money try adding some good fats to your diet. Personally I would stay away from the junk because I don't think any good could come from it. Processed foods are not just deficient in good calories and high in things like sodium there's just no good that can come from them.

Well, then I guess I used to be a hard gainer. I have been lifting for years, eating like a mad mad. At 6'3" 240 I would like to fill out my frame a bit more. I have had some help from gear in the past-about 2 cycles. I try to eat a qulity diet of 30% protien, 30 fat and 40% carbs. I just gained a few pounds after loosing track. I quess I will just have to suck it up and cut out the burgers and fries.
