I am 20 6'01" 215lbs with about 22%BF, I use to be 210 with about 9%BF but i havent been in the gym in about 8 months. Ive done many cycles but ive never done GH before. As of this friday im going to have Jintropin and Clen(oral pills),T3, and winstrol is a maybe. Im just really wanting to cut up. Do you think this will do it on a split training and 30 cardio 5times a wk with a good diet, high in protein and low in carbs. And any advice on the dosages would help
 
I think something stronger than winstrol, the gh/clen/t3 combo should get you pretty lean anyhow. make sure you're dosing right with the t3 and eating enough protein so you dont lose any muscle, good luck bro
 
how much GH do you have and how long do you want to run it? To get ANY results from GH you need to run at least 4iu's a day for 3 or 4 months... I too would consider adding a low dose of test into your cycle to help keep from losing muscle but I think you'll have some good success with what you've got. This is my first time gettin a kit but if i remember right he said the kit would last me about 2 1/2 months and thats taking 8IU EOD i believe. How do you think i should run the clen and the thyroid(T3), what dosage and what days?
 
what Clen are you using? if it's standard clenbuterol then you should use it 2 weeks on 2 weeks off and cycle it up to what you can tolerate, usually 80 - 100mcg for most people. Start yourself off with a few tabs in the morning and see how you handle it and then add a few more and then keep adding until you get to your magic dose. Run ECA on the off weeks to keep you from crashing. Also you don't want to dose your clen after 3 or 4pm or you'll have trouble sleeping, depending on what time you normally go to bed try and get your total daily dose in on the early side to avoid that.
 
I know that GH is really not detected in drug tests but is IGF-1 detectable. I was just curious as to know. Any info would be appreciated..

No bro, I don't think you need to worry about it being detected because it runs through your system naturally anyway and I can't see anyone testing specifically for it unless you were competing in the Olympics, lol.

Anyway, welcome to the site and don't hijack other people's threads bro. :fyi:

I got the clen down. 2 on 2 off. what about the synthroid(T3)? Is that what ECA is? dont know what ECA is. Run the synthroid on my off weeks of clen?
 
ECA is an ephedrine, caffiene aspirin stack but you can probably drop the aspirin... as for T3 I think the most common way to run it is 25mcg a day and then adding another 25mcg after 3 or 4 days and then ramp back down again. I believe DocWill has used it with great results so I'll bump for him to respond on the T3 dosing
 
i think the first thing you should do is get back into the gym for a while before you use anything. if you havnt been in 8 months then you should get some descent results just on your own. if i were you i wouldnt start all that stuff untill your back for a while. it would be a good idea to heart and all the other things used to high ********* work outs before you add the clen and whatever.
you got to think about it like a car. if you buy an older car that has been bairly driven, your going to want to take it easy for a bit just to make sure everything is holding together and functioning properly. if you take that car and put a tank of ultra 104 in it and go racing around, chances are your going to fuck something up.

im just saying you should get used to the ********* level before you use the products that make your heart work that much faster
 
Doesnt sound like a bad idea guys. And ive been out for 8 months. Have had a few broken hands and a couple other things is the reason i was out. So how you long do you think i should be into it before i start, and what about dieting, should i diet hardcore before i start and if so what kind of diet. Im looking for a nice lean look.
 
You need to eat clean to start and I think you should try and hit the cardio to try and drop some of that bodyfat naturally while ramping up the lifting. As for how long, it would depend on what type of muscle memory you have and how quick you respond but I see no reason why you couldn't start hitting the gear in 3 or 4 months if you have a good base

I just ordered some clen, 20mcgs. Ive never used this before, and want some xpert advice. I am toned, but just can't get that last 5 off. Im female, 27, aprox 130lbs. Been using Stacker to improve wkouts, and also TIGHT! when my body became used to the Stacker (usually on 2 days,off 2.)

I need to know how to use this product, Clen. My friend who juices told me that I should cut it in half and take one (1/2) morning one night, 2 on 2 off. Should I jump right into a whole pill twice daily?

Please let me know.

Hi Laur,

First welcome to the site, you'll get more and better replies by posting a new thread instead of "hijacking" this one but to answer your question. Clen is best ramped up to a dose of about 80mcg a day if you can tolerate the side effects, which will be shakes and the heat. I would start with 20mcg the first day and then add a pill everyday and see how you tolerate it. You don't want to take it any later than 4pm or you'll have a hard time sleeping. Do some research on this site by using the "Search" button and you'll see similiar threads and posts with lots of info on how to best take clen. I would use it 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off instead of days and you'll see better results. You still need to diet and hit the cardio hard to see good results but it will help you... good luck
