did anyone else check this out last night, we caught most of it and it was awesome to see the way he trains from the beginning of his day and weighs out his food etc... if you get a chance to see it I highly recommend it. He goes to three different gyms throughout the day and that's after doing his own running workout on the treadmill at home and then making a protein shake etc. Really insightful to see how an athlete of his calibre prepares himself. One of his trainers who also trains professional NFL players, and wrestlers and other athletes says no one can hang with Franklin when it comes to a workout. They tested his bodyfat and he went from 7% to 5.9% in one week... awesome show.
