Rich Franklin on UFC All Access

did anyone else check this out last night, we caught most of it and it was awesome to see the way he trains from the beginning of his day and weighs out his food etc... if you get a chance to see it I highly recommend it. He goes to three different gyms throughout the day and that's after doing his own running workout on the treadmill at home and then making a protein shake etc. Really insightful to see how an athlete of his calibre prepares himself. One of his trainers who also trains professional NFL players, and wrestlers and other athletes says no one can hang with Franklin when it comes to a workout. They tested his bodyfat and he went from 7% to 5.9% in one week... awesome show.
 
Yea I caught most of it. He's from the natty so I know a lot about him. From the way he trains, it's no wonder he has the belt.
 
Thats pretty kool ive always looked up to Rich Franklin ever since Ive seen him on TV for ufc and ultimate fighter as one of the coaches , he seems like a really kool guy. Do you know the name of the show so I can maybe download it with limewire or find it with google?
 
He used to be a school teacher too I think. I would love to see him teach in some ghetto ass shcool and have someone try to test him. Imagine seeing that shit. That would be if the whole class didn't riot.
 
Yes he used to be a school teacher I remember him saying that , and he was training in a little shed out in the back of his house.
 
Yeah I saw it.... AWESOME show.. I got a kick out of the chick that was running the whole interview, I could tell she wanted to rock his cock LOL!! And yeah, the man is a machine in the gym he ran from station to station, thats just SICK! Rich is the man! But hes got a TOUGH upcomming fight, the one guy from Canada throws some NASTY elbows and has great ground tactics, Rich is more of a stand up guy, if he gets Rich on the ground things might be messy!
 
its ufc all access comes on thursday nights at 930 centreal and 1030 eastern pacific time.....he used to teach highschool math. and rich is going to beat david laosoie's ass...not sure about the speelling but ive seen the canadian get his ass beat by ppl w/ no where near the talent as rich franklin

hahahaha it's on Spike TV bro, I think it was last Thursday night and like trulbfan said it's called UFC All Access
 
Yeah, I caught that on Spike. Incredibly intense and very well designed for his precise needs as a fighter.

By the way, am I crazy or has Chuck been getting GH gut recently.

I saw his last fight and I think he was just very bloated, he probably had to drop weight for the fight and then gorged himself on water and got all bloated out. That's my theory, I don't think he's on GH
