eca stack

hey guys thinkin bout running an eca stack never ran it before reading up on alot of it now. What dossage on all three would you recommend for a newb and how many times a day. run this like clen for 2 weeks on 2 off are the sides as severe as clen ive ran clen twice first time was great. But this time i stopped after like 5 days i would wake up with my heart racing like an sob and couldnt sleep for like 3 hours till it would wear off and that would be taking my last dose at like 3. any info on this subject would be great thanks alot guys.

Here is what I do. I know everybody has personal preferences, but...
Days 1-3: 325mg ASA, 200mg caffiene, 25mg ephedra in the am. This allows you to see how your body takes to the stack.
Days 4-7: 325mg ASA, 200mg caffiene, 25mg ephedra twice daily
Days 8+: 325mg ASA, 200mg caffiene, 25mg ephedra three times daily

I take mine with food as it destroys my appetite if not. I don't know if anybody else knows if this effects the stack or not... Hope this helps. By the way, this is LOTS of ASA so be carefull if you start bleeding...

if i start bleeding? like a cut or somethin cause of the thinned blood. or nose bleed or other bleedings? thanks kdog im not starting yet but every thing helps wanna have a very good amount of knowledge before im close to being ready.

wow didnt know we had an eca stack in the store thats awesome k anybody else have any input as to how they run their eca just want as many opinions as i can get. also if i bought it from the store and the caffene was 200 mili how would i take 100 or would it be alright to run 200mg's with 25 eph. and 1 aspirin thanks.

Aspirin can cause internal bleeding..........ask presser. Theres really no need for the aspirin especially if you use a vasodilator......the aspirin was originally added to the stack to thin the blood due to the fact that ephedrine is a vasoconstrictor and blood thickener............but if your a healthy guy skip the aspirine and replace it with something else if anything at all. I simply use caffiene and ephedrine.

is this the part where i tell everyone i bleed out my ass from way to much asparin in my stacks,lol, well i did, so now i cut my asparins, and voila, no more red toilet bowls :fyi:

you can also take the aspirin out and add yohimbe for a safe substitute

yohimbine makes me as well as some people turn completely red, flush and break out in bad sweats, this happen to anyone else here, i hate that shit

that happened to me the first time I used the topical but I overdid it and rubbed that shit all over my abs and pretty much my entire torso.. lol.

I haven't had the tabs but I've heard other bro's complain about getting hot flashes with it as well
