This is an acronym for Glycine-1-arginine-alpha-ketoiscaproic acid. Sounds complex but it is only a few BCCA's! That's right the amino acid glycine, amino arginine and alpa-ketoisccaporic acid which is a form of the bcca leucine! These aminos do certain things which does promote more GH in the body, reduce catabolism and increase production of NO in the body. But they are just that-the active ingredienents are just combined BCCA's. So next time your online you can pick up a 200 count bottle of BCCA's for about 12 dollars or so. Hot read right? :wave:

hev you guys all seen the price of that shit. i was in gnc the other week and came across this stuff. i started to read it and happened to see the price. $80 for the mix. you gotta be kidding me. what a crock of shit

NO SHIT! Half of muscle mags are "Special 6 page sponsored studies" or "Special 12 page ad". I had to get about 70 pages in to one recently before I found a single word written by the publisher of the magazine.

In addition to that most of the companies that publish the same magazines we read also own the Nutrition companies that make a lot of this shit!
 
Yeah, I take the shit Higher Power makes. It's basically the same and it's like $12 for a 200 count bottle. As a matter of fact bodybuilding.com had a sale on their shit. I bought some whey, glutamine, arginine and other assorted BCAA's suppliments for cheaper than one bottle of Leukic.

I just ordered from them today after doing some research. I am about to make another post. I don't get any special rate from them, I do find them cheaper than GNC even with cost of shipping.
