I just got some muscle juice 2544 from GNC 55g of protein 162g of carbs and I think around 1200 calories per serving... Thats with water. With milk it is 71g of protein and I dont know about the carbs or calories. But I took a shake before and after weight lifting 2day so my calories already are probably around 2500. Im going to the gym in a little bit though to do a little bit of cardio and some basketball. But If I raise my calorie intake to about 4000 a day , And I weigh around 140 right now. How many lbs do you think ill be able to put on in a week roughly?

it's not an exact science bro because everyone's metabolism is different and how many calories a day you burn but then again there is some heavy duty science behind it... you need to calculate your Basic Metabolic Rate and then add in all of the activity you're doing and figure out how many mantainance calories you need a day. Once you know that then you'll be able to add additional calories to your diet... just keep training and eating and you'll keep growing. It takes a long time to put on quality muscle, you're not just looking to gain fat because it will just slow you down...

let us know how it works for you.

we all aren't the same, but those gainer shakes never did crap for me. In fact, supplements all pretty much sucked until I started cooking and eating alot more REAL food.

Very true, there is not more anabolic than food...supps are just a simple substitute, but if you eat and supplements then the results are attainable...gotta eat food bro...

They did for me, lots of gas and bloating and thats all  Dreww is right. It is all about whole foods...Just add a shake or a scoop of the muscle milk to 3 meals a day as a suppliment...

give yourself about a week. Then weigh yourself in the morning b4 breakfast this should be your true weight. Now if you are at the same weight do get pist cause you could be adding muscle while losing fat. If diet works then stick with it. If not, then add more scoops to your shakes.
