Diet question

Lets start off with stats: Im 21 234 lbs and 5'10'' and 12% bf. My goal here is to drop down to about 7-8% bf, im not sure what my weight would be at that percentage, But my question refers to the diet i will be on. I know what types of food to eat and what my calorie levels should be to lose 2lbs a week. At my weight to maintain that weight i need approx. 3800 cals a day so mathamatically to lose two pounds a week i would need to drop down to 2800 cals a week. BUT I am about to finish a 10 week cycle of nano deca and test e and when thats over begin cutting. At the start of the cutting I will be running prop alone at 100 mg EOD. SO since i will still have the previous cycle in my system for 2 weeks and will be on the prop for 6 weeks should i lower my calorie intake even lower since i will have the test running through me or should i keep it at 2800. Im not educated at all on cutting cycles and the calorie needs so i figured id ask some of you bro's since i know some of you have had experience with this.

Thank you for all your answers in advance.

you will prolly drop down to about 220lbs to get to 7-% if not lower weight then that like 215 but you will look quite bigger then you do now with all the cuts, i think running the prop is a great idea, my favorite also, i think if you step up your cardio and drop the calories slightly or change around the way you get those calories you will be fine, but ur not going to be able to maintain that weight or anywhere near it and drop down to 7%bf from 12%

I will definitly be stepping up the cardio to a high ********* and making sure i get most of my calories from quality protiens, mostly from grilled chicken, egg whites, soy milk and whey isolate protien. I was hoping to compete in a show this july, it would be my first so if i come in at either 215 or 220 at 7% bf i would be stoked. Thanks for your input Presser.

I agree with Presser( yes, again). I think upping the cardio, the prop and the changes in your diet will get you to where you need to be.
