ive been doing 200 pushups every monday , wednesday , and friday which are the days we lift at school during weightlifting . because I heard it would boost my bench up tremendously. Just wanting to make sure that me doing the pushups will not make me over train. Ive already posted my routine on this forum. Plus I get about 400-500 g of carbs a day about 4000 calories , and around 250-300g of protein weighing in at 140-145lbs

Pushups are a great exercise. Doing pushups in the morning is fine.

I don't think you'll overtrain doing them at all, 200 pushups a few days a week is going to increase your strength endurance greatly which will increase your bench, so instead of hitting a heavy weight for say 2 or 3 reps you'll be able to hit it 6 - 8 times. Which of course will incorporate more muscle fibers, which will result in more growth and more strength.

Very true, i love doing push ups, i get great pumps and it strengthen the stabilizer muscles in the pecs...keep doin it bro...

I would like to start doing handstand pushups again. I do the pushups at night time so been thinkin about doing the handstand pushups again like 100 reps in like sets of 10 if I can. But I gotta move a shelf to a different spot in my room so I have room to lay my legs against the wall so I dont fall since I cant balance with handstands

sounds good to me, I've never done handstand pushups so I have no advice for you on that one but I'm sure they will be great for your delts and upper chest and Tri's. I ain't that coordinated and I'd have to move a whole lot more around than 1 shelf so get on it little bro!
