Aqua burn question

Whatsup fellas, If i was on clen for two weeks, and now ive been off for one week, is it ok to start taking the aqua burn now or should i still wait another week for the receptors to free up since reg. clen doesnt contain the Ketotifen that aqua burn does to keep the sites more receptive...?

yeah bro, I would wait it out so your receptors are FRRRRrrrrrresh. Just use the extra week to keep your diet clean and ramp up the cardio and throw some ECA in if you can get it. Then hit the clen next week.

if you had MC's aqua burn then you won't have to wait long, you could go for as long as 4-6weeks str8...

that's what we're here for bro... use the extra week to get your diet in check and ramp up your cardio bro... good luck

Whats your opinions on monitoring HR while doing cardio to stay in the optimal fat burning zone, do u think as long as im not trying 100% for 40 minutes at a time I will burn more than rather than the body responding catabolically? I ask because I actually like doing cardio, but I dont want to overdue it and keep my heart rate up for too long so that I'm not burning as much stored fat anymore.

cardio is also something I enjoy as it's easy for me and I'm a marathoner and endurance athlete... the best thing to do for fat loss is to use an interval workout on the machine of your choice or design your own(let me know if you need help). Basically what you want to do is warm up for 5 minutes and then you want to alternate between a hard effort for 2 minutes and an easy effort for an "active" recovery. It's called an active recovery because the alternate way to do it is just completely rest for 2 minutes sitting on your ass which is good for conditioning but not for fat loss. What happens is you trick your body into keeping your heart rate and cardio output high by actively recovering thereby burning far more calories during your recovery effort than you would if you just ran at that pace the whole time but pyschologically it's much easier on you and your muscles because it's a slow pace.

I would caution you however that when doing these and other workouts using your heart rate as a guide that if you're on Clen you're heart rate is artificially stimulated so you're not really working as hard as the zone you may be in and you need to be CAREFUL not to go too hard while on Clen because of that.

thanks for the advice mike, but since u enjoy cardio too, dont u find it a pain in the ass to slow down after you get into that rythm after 5 minutes, i hate it, would it be bad to keep my HR at 140 for 15-20 minutes at a time? when i say 'bad', i mean not optimal for fat burning. im 25 years old, BF at about 9-10 right now.

yeah it will be "bad"
because spending 15 or 20 minutes at say 140 rate is still less than if you had run an interval session of say 8 X 2 min reps because not only will you be in your zone for the 16 minutes of repeats but you're HR will stay elevated even on your recovery and you will be able to go much harder during those 2 minutes so you'll likely be at 155+ for 2 min... get it?

check out runningtimes.com I believe they have some good workouts and more info on the subject...

Ok, so in those 5 minutes that im doing the harder work, do you think i should be putting in 99% (but not sprinting obviously) of what I have or say......80%? I'm trying to be able to do the most work but burning the most fat as possible as well. I just feel like if im not going hard then im not burning fat, i know its wrong, but its tough to mentally surpass those thoughts.

the ideal range about 85-90% effort or you can figure out your Max heart rate which would be 100% and you can do 85-90% of that and use HR as your guide. You should only do this workout 2 or 3 times a week tops the other days just run or do you cardio as you'll need time to recover from the *********. It's a tough workout trust me you won't get bored or feel like you're not working hard enough and if you do this running then you'll be ready to run a kick ass 5k or 10k after a couple of weeks...
