Besides protein???

Ok besides me taking a protein shake , and eating as many calories a day I can. What do you think I should take to see the best gain???

Along with protein take BCAA ? Creatine ? L Glutamine ? Nitric oxide ? Also has anybody tried jetfuel from german technologies???
 
Hey buddy..... I know you are still in High School and you are wanting to see gains come fast and consistent... sorry to be the one who has to tell you this but $$$$$ and Supplements arent going to buy you muscles, size, strength! Im still young myself and got terribly tied up in all that hype when I was in High School, honestly, I probably spent over $2,000/ year on supplements to make me faster, stronger, and bigger.. boy I wish I could take that back. My friends called me a lab rat cause I was constantly on something. Dont waste your time or money on Nitric Oxide boosters, they dont do anything! Theres only 4 things that are going to determine your gains: diet, traning, sleep, genetics. You have to find your balance, with the only thing you cant change is your genetics! All you need is a good whey(depending on your goals), it will have all your BCAA's in them, all that MuscleTech stuff is all hype! Ive followed A LOT of your progress you have a very solid base and a TON of potential dont try to force muscles into your body, it will never work!

I agree with SC for the most part. Still you can get some good suppliments to help you, but they are suppliments, not wonder drugs. Creatine, BCCA's, Whey are all good. Nothing else really. Get some name brand shit but don't buy anything that is advertised by big names, all you do is pay their endorsements. Just pick up some creatine ethly ester and take it with some BCCA's before and after you workout.

I couldn't agree more. I wasted so much money on supplements when I was younger and was very disappointed. I was expecting that miralce supplement that would give me a lot of size and strength quick, but it never happened. Only stuff I take now are meal replacements, whey protein, cee, glutamine, bcaa's and multivitamins and even then I think all that only gives me a small edge. If you are still in HS and strapped for cash i'd just stick with the protein for now. Don't waste your money bro, save up for a car or something...
 
again I think NO2 and creatine would be a waste for you... seems like we keep telling you the same thing over and over again which just goes to prove how strong the marketing behind these products is. Train hard, eat right, drink your shakes and take some glutamine. That's it, there's no other secret pill you can take or that everyone else is taking. If a great body came in a bottle everyone would have one.
 
Malic, buddy, we arent cracking down on you... we are just giving you the oppurtunity to learn from our mistakes!!!!!! I remember paying like $100 for this Andro crap in high school that lasted only like 6 weeks, and yes it made me stronger, maybe a 'little' bigger, but nothing I couldnt have achieved naturally in 12 weeks. Shoot, with $100 now, you can probably get about 40lbs of protein, that will/should last about 4 MONTHS!!! See the point? Do the math, go get some BSN Nitrix that costs like $30 a bottle and will only last 4 weeks, and thats just when you start getting results, then another $30 for another bottle= $60. Now you just wasted 2 months of your life on what? Increased pumps? A little vascularity? Not like you gained muscle. All that trash does it make you feel like your getting bigger while in the gym, NEWS FLASH.. you dont get big in the gym, you get big out of the gym!!! Strength, pumps, endurance doesnt always equal size! Reason Im so hyped up about this is because of my little cousin is one hell of an athelete.. Im talking 18yrs old, 185lbs, has a 305 max bench, runs a 4.4 40yds and throws an 89MPH fast ball, he has great potential to play NCAA level sports, but he thinks he needs some garbage called T-Bomb to perform?? What the hell is T-Bomb?? I checked the stuff out then wanted to slap him in the face! It was TRASH! Ill see if I can find you some news clips on him and you tell me if he owes it all to T-Bomb???
 
Bump to all, Malic bro,...the preaching will nvr stop, at least it's the truth that you're gettin, read all the respond we have given you in all of your threads, it's basically the same thing over and over, DON"T GET IN THE MARKET HYPE OF SUPPLEMENTS, THERE IS NO BETTER SUPPLEMENT BETTER THAN NATURAL FOOD AND PROTEIN, AND MAYBE EVEN GLUTAMINE AND CREATINE.....BUT SAVE THAT MONEY FOR FOOD AND PROTEIN POWDER.....
 
Actually, if I were you at a young age I would only take a good multi vitamin and eat alot but not too much sugar. You might benefit from a little more protein and possibly some higher amounts of good fats, don't waste your hard earned money on BS.
If you need a good source for cheap protein, try Proteinfactory.com and get some whey isolate mixed with a little milk isolate or casein. Best thing you can do is lift correctly and get your 9-10 hours of sleep.

Ohh yeah, I almost forgot... the turning point for me from when I just 'lifted' to when I started really hitting hard was after I got my first piece of 'you know what'.... that is the ultimate motivator! You want to get bigger, get leaner, and get stronger to get more 'you know what' AND since you are making progress you are overall more confident in yourself, which chicks dig, and ultimately you will get even MORE 'you know what'. Post workout 'you know what' while gulping down a huge protein shake is the ultimate rush!!! Now bro, you know what to do... But by all means, dont waste all your money on supps. if your gonna waste it, waste it on 'you know what'<<< I think we have all made that mistake! =) I think this might be the most helpful advice I can give you!!!! LOL, good luck!
