Working on alot of weaker slaggin points, Like Calves, forearms, working on bigger wheelz, Back is coming along fine because of DeadLifts, pulls and Chin Ups does make a different on the back,..What else,...just gotta keep progress, the results would have been probably higher in weights, measurement in number, but i'm an endurance athlete, Run about over 20miles a week with sports...So that does drain you alot...but in time...
