I've been on a 20 week cycle. 750mgs of sus, 400mgs of deca, and at one point had 40mgs of d-bols pre day, for 6 weeks. Im leaner, but same body weight. Strenght is up, but nothing to write home about. I think I’ve added about 3 reps with 375 on my bench, some good arm strength, legs have always been strong. For the last 6 months I've been laid off, so my whole life has been eating, sleeping, and going to the gym. Its been the best time to make serious gains, but they never happend.

Im just very disappointed. I was off for quite a long time before I started this cycle (5 months) but Im wondering if my body just dosent respond to gear the same way anymore…??

So im looking for some suggestions. Im going to clean up for 6 months, make sure my blood work is good. Im thinking I need more powerful gear.

I was thinking about running my next cycle with the following, but im totally up for suggestions.

100 mg anidrol 1-8 weeks.
500 mg sus250 1-12 weeks.
200 mg parabolan 6-12 weeks.

Im also thinking about doing some site oil injections 30 before my cycle.

it's stressful being laid off bro, I've been there. Sounds like you did make some gains at least it's better than zero. What was your diet like during this time?

just curious but if Sus didn't work for you at 750 why do you think you'll make good gains off of 500? I would think about changing the compounds you're using, I'm a big fan of EQ for the quality gains and the increase in appetite. the other thing you might want to add to your cycle is IGF becuase I can't say enough good things about it for site enhancement and overall development.
 
Well, I was thinking with the drol that 750 might be too much... but maybe your right. Also, I did take IGF for 2 months during this cycle... lol. Just forgot to mention it.

As far as diet... I was pounding protien, not so much on the carbs cause of my body fat %. I still think I was getting 4k cals thought.

I am buying a weight gain mix for next time though. Just to prove to myself that im getting enough calories in.
 
you need to eat more. add 100g of good fat like olive oil and make sure you drink an additional 2-3 big protein shakes above what you are doing. That's an extra ~1500 cal a day.
 
You're pretty big IMHO.

I think you need to up your eating of course, but your gear as well.

100mg/day of anadrol (maybe start at 50mg/day if you havent used it before)
750-1g of test E or C a week
600mg/wk of deca or eq

When I get to about 240lbs, that is what Im gonna run. I think that is what I will need to run to keep growing at that size.
 
I see that people like to run test E, or test C, more than sus 250... Is there a reason why???

Run cyp, enan, sus, prop. whatever the hell ya want. Just adjust dosage for the esters. (so like 700mg prop or 600mg susp week if you go that route).

test is test IMHO. If you think you grow better off sust, then go ahead. Just add the deca and drol like I listed. :D
