best test for HRT

350 mgs is more than HRT. 100 to 200 mgs is the norm. Some docs are 300 mgs a month. They obvioulsy do not understand the half life, but actually I think it's based off the patient not wanting to make office visits. My doc prescribed me 200 mg every seven days. He said that's the highest he has ever prescribed.

1 shot of test eth every 18-20 days would be a good choice, 1 shot a week is way too much for HRT

The normal HRT dose is usually 100mg to 200mg/week of either test cyp or test e. Your doctor may go up as far as 300mg in more extreme cases (like mine). I wouldn't want to do everyday shots for the rest of my life though I probably would do it if I absolutely had to. 18-20 days is too long of a wait between shots because test cyp and test e levels drop back down at about 7-10 days.

I wouldn't mind getting a 100ml bottle. I hate having to go again and again to get a refill--such a pain, but that's what you have to do if you want insurance to pay for it. If there is some place that will give me a 100ml bottle when I send in my prescription, I'm all for that, believe me, lol!

Hard to say really. There is no real data available on it. I'd say it depends on what happens to your boys while you're on. For me, mine are normal--no shrinkage, but then I don't produce the normal amount to begin with. So if a normal guy's boys atrophy, chances are that guy could really put his test feedback loop out of whack for a good long time.
I've been on TRT for almost 5yrs now... Started with Androgel then Cyp, Enan .. Dr had me taking 1 shot e2w which was horrible but I quickly changed that and finally Andropen @150mg ew... Andropen is the best at keeping me feeling good everyday of the week... Horny everyday... No fatigue... With cyp and E I wasn't as horny and by the end of the week I had energy drop... I believe it's those small spikes in the release that keeps me horny everyday...

My Dr started me out at 200mg too every two weeks but I still felt tired and fatigued and sex drive was low so on my own I bumped my dose up until I found what worked for me, then I went to my Dr and told him how I felt and what I did and how I feel great now... so he upped my dose... You definately need to take that shot once a week not once every 2 weeks... If your dr wont up your dose just buy some like Andropen 275 like I use... it's great...
