Flexibility

I dated this chick that was into yoga.... MAN!! was she flexible!! lol.


anyway, take a look at some of the arm stretches they do...
 
search the net for stretching and flexibility, tons of info, always good to stretch b4 and after any activity, yes that includes Sex too...lol
 
two sites I use all the time for info like this are athletes.com and bodybuilding.com of course I come to this site for the board ;)

I have a stretching routine I do but I only stretch AFTER I workout and it's easier to find a site with descriptions and pictures than me trying to describe stretches to you

here you go bro, this should be good for you. Try this routine out and if it doesnt work for you search around for something else but this should help A LOT.

This is a key thing that many overlook. Some try to do stretching between exercises or sets, and experts have found that doing so can be detrimental to your workout and you may not perform subsequent sets as well as you might. Stretching is necessary, but do it after working out.
