if your not adding mass, your not eating enough at the right times, its that simple!!! its a 24/7 conscienceness of knowing you have to eat to grow. if you tend to be leaner, add in some high numbered meals, ie, cals, carbs , fats,pro...in that order, with like pizza, cheesburgers, and pretty much anything. along with a sound diet and training plan you should grow like a weed :thumbsup:winneevee said:I work at a restaurant and work about 5-11 hour shifts a day and just found out that I have been walking on average 5 miles a day at work. no wonder its difficult for me to add mass.

If you work for any length of time they need to have established breaks for the length of your shift, even if you only work for 4 or 5 hours you still need a 15 minute or 30 minute break. There's no way they can tell you that you can't take a break to eat, look it up on any labor law site
