you shouldn't be ordering Creatine Monohydrate it's going to cause bloat, gas, cramps etc. and not be as effective. The good stuff is Creatine Ethyl Ester and you don't have to do a loading phase it works the first day you use it. I think they sell it for about $7 for 100 grams. Figure out how many grams you're going to be using a day and how long until you want to have to order again... so if you're going to be taking 10grams a day, 100 grams would last you 10 days... so if you only want to order once a month or so you should order 300 grams. If you're going to be taking 20grams a day then you would need 600grams to last you 1 month... does that answer your question? figure it out little bro, you'll get it
