Can polysorbate be used in an oil and water recipe? Or does it only work with one of them?

I was thinking about making an injectable dbol - but I canned that idea and decided to make it an oral solution instead.

ps 80 is usually used in susp to help blend any oil like carriers/solvents with the water, like PEG. I t alos helps the crystals in susp frrom sticking to the sides of the jar
