New Bicep Pics

Just a note....you should concentrate on flexing your other bicep just as much or more than you flex this one since it is smaller. Flexing actually can help your muscles grow just a bit because of the isometric contraction.

Now for your question, you do have a pretty good peak (though it is a little hard to see with that pose--the double bicep pic in your other thread was better). You won't be able to change the shape of your muscle however, but don't worry, when your muscle gets bigger, it will be a larger version of what your seeing now--higher peak and more filled out.

Don't forget about your triceps in all this--triceps make up 2/3 of the arm so only concentrating on your biceps won't get you very far. Guys who have really large measurements have well developed triceps.
 
you might want to look into site injection if you are looking to increase your peak-I will agree though that the shape of any muscle is genetically predetermined-me personally I have a terrible peak but the arms are big and veiny

yes dorian, please be careful to how you respond to certain people. It would be good advice for an older and seasoned bodybuilder, but malic is only 15 man. The last thing this kid needs to be thinking about is sticking any needle in his body.

Malic, youre looking amazing bro, i wish i had what you had when i was 15, hell i wish i had it when i was 18! You do have a good peak bro, although it is hard to tell in the first pics. Keep it up man, i cant wait to see what you look like in the future. One thing though, youve been bulking for a while now correct? Or have you been cutting because from your old posts i thought you were bulking up and if anything i would cut during the summer. You look lean and mean now though so if you want to bulk now, go for it and dont worry about a little body fat getting on there. Youre metabolism is soo high right now youre not going to put much on bro. Keep it up and if you have any other questions just let me know, you can PM me anytime Malic.

RIGHT OT! Shit man i wish i looked like him at that age! He's doing amazing isnt he? Its so great to see such a young, dedicated guy into this.

In my opinion I think my left bicep looks more cut on the inside view , and the right one looks more cut on the outside view.... Even though last time I measured biceps right one was 2.5" bigger around then the left

Didn't mean to insinuate that you didn't train triceps at all, Malic, just that you always seem to be talking about your biceps, and it could be the triceps that is also throwing your arm measurement off. Like I said, the triceps makes up 2/3 of your arm.
