how does it work if your already taking dieurtics

It's a vasodilator. It increases the size of your veins like nothing else.

You inject it IM one hour before going on stage. Within a few minutes of the injection you will hyperventilate severely. 40minutes or so later you will stop and by then you will have the maddest veins as all the oxygen was sucked into your veins.

You do have to be fully carbed up for it to work though and you cannot be using caffeine on the day.
