gyno help please

ive gotten gyno in the past from cycles...........i usually start nolvadex 40mg qd and it works fine.........im only on test cyp 300mg/week ..anavar 20mg qd and gh 2units/day..........i started to feel some right nipple itchiness so i started nolvadex 20mg qd...but after three days i still felt sx's.........i increased my nolvadex to 40mg.......still four days later im feeling a small lump now.......i have armidex 1mg....have taken it every 3 or 4 days ...should i take daily..?.......do i want my estrogen completely off..........or should i just increase nolvadex to 60mg.............once gyno subsides do i back down on the nolva dose...............please advise..thanks

could be that you need an anti-progesterone rather then an anti-estrogen

you might want to think about running clomid throughout and post cycle this has always worked well for me-I only use nolva as a last resort but with the clomid it never comes to that

how common is prog. with just test and anavar press?

i know tren can convert to progesterone but i didnt think test or anavar could...?......hmmmm....the lump has seem to stop growing and the nips arent as sensitive...but at nolvadex 40qd id like to decrease to 20mg ......some say antiestrogens impair results and others say it does not.....what is the right answer.....?.....one more thing...CLOMID makes me nuts with the blues..............can i do my pct with just nolvadex and hcg...?

I'd use femera instead of the nolva. It blocks the aromatization from happening in the first place. Nolva only blocks the receptors. I wouldn't think that you could get progesterone-induced gyno from test and anavar. You're probably sensitive to increases in estrogen, in which case I'd leave the clomid OUT.

Good points brought up. I'm leaning towards what T.Kemp is saying,better to not let aromatization take place instead of trying to block it after it occurs. 300mg. of t.cyp. is modest and anavar is mild,maybe you're just one of the unlucky ones that are just prone.
