MC Aqua burn

whats goin on my friends, im about to get this ball rollin in the aqua burn department thanks to MC!

Ive never used it before and dont want to use this the wrong way, sOoooooo i see that it is dosed at 200mcgs/ml and from what ive gathered on my own i see i should start off at 20mcgs a day and then slowly ramp it up. Well my question is to those of you that have used this product before, how long do you wait to ramp it up and how long do you run it for before taking a break, and how long is that break before you begin using it again?

last year I used it for like 2-3 months non-stop. it did get "weaker" as you adapt though it took a while.

Now Im doing it 2 weeks on 2 weeks off. Results are about the same, but as usual its really all about diet and cardio.

same as what drew said start at 20 then 40 then 40 then 60 whatever your body tells ya bro have to listen to it if sides are mild then your good if its unbearable then come down a little. Ive used it for 1 month before, my diet wasnt up to par thouhg lol, but it still worked pretty well its strong as shit ill tell you that much.

ditto on what Gbart said-I gave some to a buddy of mine to fuel his workout afterward we went out to have steaks...he had to have me open the bottle of A-1 sauce because he was shaking so bad-that was only 3-4 drops :saywhat:
bear in mind though that he doesn't do any stimulates not even coffee

I dont understand why I havent felt anything on the aquaburn yet. I started taking 2 drops for 3 days then, bumped it to 4 for 3 days, now Im taking 6, and I dont even feel close to becoming shaky yet. Should I stay at 6 or bump it up to 10-12?

id say bump it up to where you feel somethin just do so slowly i started taking 2 drops today as a matter of fact and i was jacked and ancy about an hour after still am right now.

Well I can tell I don't need any of this,LMAO!As Hyper as I am the last thing I need is Aqua-burn.Now if you guys no where I can get some aqua-chill I'm in buisness.LOL!
