M1T is the real deal. It was one of the more effective designer steroids er, "prohormones" available (past tense for USA). It's methylated 1-test. The double bond at the first carbon position keeps 1-test from aromatizing. It is very suppressive and most people report lethargy (on the order of Anadrol) as being the most prominent side effect. It was also very harsh on the liver. It probably wouldn't have been nearly so bad if run alongside test, but most people in the market for M1T aren't taking it to the level of injections (yet). Nonetheless, it worked and worked well.
I considered trying to get some 1-test cyp (non-methylated) to make homebrew at one point. Most people that used it said that the effects were similiar to tren - dry gains and huge strength increases - but without the progestogenic side effects as it is not a progestin. It is not as stong as tren mg per mg, but that only means somewhat higher doses are required. The powders are still available from China, but the one drawback is that it's supposed to be an extremely painful injection. Very few people could keep going at it for more than a few weeks according to their accounts. I guess I'll pass for now as long as tren and B6 are easy to find. It is also necessary to take 1-test along with at least TRT doses of regular test because it is very suppressive and will lead to problems associated with low estrogen (painful joints, low libido, etc.) when used alone because it does not aromatize. A good portion of people did experience rebound gyno, however. There is some suspicion that methylating this drug gives it some activity as a progestin, but I'm not sure about that.
Anyway, M1T is just an orally available version of the same thing, and is potent stuff. The A:A numbers for M1T are 910-1600:100-220.
