PCT? HCG or Nolva?

I am about to start a 15wk cycle of test e @500mg a wk. I have nolva 10mg on hand, Do i take that ED or EOD? And I was told to get HCG also to keep the "BOYS" in check. I can get a 5000iu vial. how much should i take and how often......thanx

ps. i also have some femera from MC on hand.... which would do best at PCT?

Good questions...I have all the info on these items but there is so many conflicting stories in regard to taking it. I'm going on a sus/deca 12 weeker and I have no idea what the hell to take. In Big A's write up is says to take nolva every day (10mg) and a shot of HCG (5000iu) every 4 weeks, however, another sticky on this board contradicts this. From what I gather, the best thing to do is take Nolva every three days through out the cycle. Then, three weeks after the last shot start HCG and clomid for the next 3 weeks. DOES this sound accurate or am I full of shit? Can someone please lend us smart peoples a hand please? :crap:

Also, does anyone know if you can get HCG south of the border?

alright bros alot of people have different opinions about all of these things. If your body is sensitive to estrogen like mine which sucks then you will prob need some nolva everyday not sure how much you will just have to see when you start showing signs play with the dosage and go from there when they come back and when they go away. Sonoma i would run the femera 1.5mg' every other day that will keep the drugs from aromatizing to estrogen at all so you shouldnt have to worry about the nolva unless symtpoms once again rise.

As for pct i would start out the nolva at about 60 for a week then 40 then 20 and 20 and i would do this 2 weeks after your last shot. personally i think the best way to run the HCG is throughout the cycle and run that at about 500iu's 2 times a week on say a monday and thursday with your other injections but hcg is a subcutanaus injection.

and to sonoma, you will need more than 1 5000iu vial of HCG. You will need 10K or 15K ius.

irun it like gbart said, which equals 15K ius. Or use it for PCT, starting a day or so after your last shot and BEFORE nolvadex/clomid. 4 shots total of 3000ius, 3000ius, 1500ius, 1500ius...shots about 5 days apart. This is the older method.

BTW, hcg can aromatize so be looking out. I never had a problem with it though, but then again I dont usually use AI's or nolvadex during cycles

Some people need more than 10mgs of nolva ed during there cycle. I personaly have a little gyno, so Im planning on running it at 20 ed durning cycle. Then I bump it up to 40 after my cycle.

The best advice I have for hcg is to take 500ius every 5 days during cycle. You need to mix the stuff, and keep the remainder in the fridge, next to your igf

shouldnt the nolva prevent the bloat 2?

for the most part yeah if your really lookin to prevent bloat look into getting some femera it will stop the estrogen from aramotizing at all and keep the bloat off completely pretty much. And good thing you can get it from here for cheaper then most places.
