Large Egg White = 33g (3.5 protein, .2 carb, .05 fat, the rest is water)
Large Egg Yolk = 17g (2.7 protein, .6 carb, 4.5 fat, the rest is water)
I also read somewhere that a smaller pecentage of protein is absorbed if consumed raw. I can't find the page anymore, but I always scramble up 6 when I wake up and 9 right before bed with a nice serving of natty pb!
