never had acne problems to be honest i shower at least twice when on test and tan 2 to 3 times a week works like a charm for me get the occasional 4 or 5 on the shoulders but thats it.
tanning helps and year-round I use that neutrogena soap. Really helps out. Acne has never been a huge problem for me, but now I dont even see a difference whether on, off or in PCT.
you should also be taking Pantothenic Acid(Vit B) I load up on 3 or 4 grams a day until I see symptoms start to improve and then I take 1G a day for the length of my cycle and through PCT. Fish oil, flax and good fats help keep your skin healthy as well. The other thing you absolutely need to make sure of is that your water intake is high enough. Most people think they're hydrated but I tell my athletes that if they're not getting up in the middle of the night to piss they probably aren't hydrated fully.
