Aight guys, buddy of mine i work with wants to do a cycle, hes got 3 under his belt. 23 years old, 5'11 186 pounds, ide guess hes about 13-14 percent bodyfat, he wants to compete in May or June, and hes wanting to do a bulker and a cutter, just not sure when he should start so he can time it just right. For a bulker he will be running
550mg's andropen 12 weeks
400mg deca 12 weeks
35mgs of d-bol 4 weeks

When should he start this bulker? and i told him after this cycle to lay off atleast 2-3 months so the body can get back to normal, then start up the cutter and be on target early may. And for the cutter he was wanting to run winny tren and prop. might change if someone tells him different or would recomend something different, and his pct is in order already. Thanks for the help guys, i needed yalls input because im not 100% positive on what to tell him.
 
i would say early sept. get the bulker over with three months off and hell be coming into competition id say about the right time need superman to chime in on this one i dont have much competing under my belt lol. But both bulker and cutter look fine to me as long as diets right he and supplementation is great then he should come in looking great.
 
I would say bulk oct, nov and dec, take jan feb off and then the cutter in march april and may leading into the comp, ive never competed but this seems logical to me, BUT ask superman or MMX2 they are WAAAY experienced in this field LOL
 
He will not have time for a contest the beginning of next May.
For the first show, since he has never dieted down for a show, you need to allow 20 weeks for prep for adjustments. He can shorten that down next show since he will know his body by then.
If he started August 1st, He could only bulk all August and Sept then take Oct-Nov off, then diet DEC, JAN, FEB,MAR and APRIL before his show in MAY.
If he wants to do a show, he will have to do it later in the year. Otherwise, he will not be at his best and get frustrated. He should have started his bulk end of June/beginning of July.
I would go with tren instead of deca for the bulk and either enth or cyp for test.
He will also have to get his diet lined out. He can't rely on fast food to get all his cals-
he will have to increase his cals with clean foods eating 6-7 meals. I would really advise your friend about the committment this takes. It all has to be planned way ahead of time and you have to be totally committed through the entire process.
Competitors plan their shows the year before. I am planning my shows for next season already and I haven't even done my shows for this season.
 
Bump MMX reply, he knows his shit, if his bodyfat was naturally low he could do this much faster but starting at 13 or 14% he's going to need at least 18-20 weeks
