I'm curious to know how much lifting experience, how in-check was your diet and did you have a mentor or did you just jump in, when you decided to employ steriods your First Time?
i was young and dumb, i had been doing some reading on the net but not very good reading, i did a cycle of test prop and sten with 1 20gauge pin..it sucked...my diet was decent but overall i wish i had waited
I was too young as well. I used the 20g pins as well. Optimally, hypothetically, you spend 2 years building a foundation then add supplementation. You will also have time to clean up your diet as well.

Thanks SD.My first cycle I didn't have a clue what I was doing.There was no net back then or any place else to learn anything.The guy at the gym just gave me some Test cyp. and some D-bol and said here take this.I didn't have a clue what I was do9ing!!
i knew what i was doing just by reading over the net and thank god for MC. helped me a ton but i just ran normal first cycle test E at 500 a week not bad results at all bout 20 pounds ran a good pct and kept 18 just keep the diet in check and research a ton.
how much lifting experience and compared to what you know now, was your diet discipled? I see diet stressed as the #1 component of any retainable growth?
diet is key if you dont have calories and protein then your muscles wont grow period no way around it. i had about 1 year solid in the gym or so and i know about 4 times more then i did then this was about 3 years ago.
