Wrist & Shoulder Pain

glucosamine...have you noticed postive results from this? sounds like it might help.

As far as the Hammer Machine, I might as well stick with dumbells.

glucosamine msm and chondroitin blend is one of the best it will take about a month to notice prob but you should notice it helping. As for benching bro im in the exact same boat as you, i havent done barbell in about a year 3 years ago i tore my subscap off the bone and had to get reatached and since then i guess cause of lack of mobility i cant do barbell at all it hurts to bad once i get above 225. i dont have a problem with doing dumbells though i like them better then bar to begin with so not too bad.

If you have access to other weight machines that work your chest, you could use those to vary your workout. That's what I did when I had shoulder trouble.

I had to lay off bench for about 1 1/2 years because of shoulder. Just couldn't
go heavy - to much pain. I use machines for chest (hammer ect..) for that time.
one day I just tried to bench again and no more pain. Its been a few years and
shoulder still good. Just try to do whatever you can that dosent hurt and let that
shoulder and wrist get better.

I would highly recommend trying to see an accupuncturist or accupressurist. I've had problems on and off with my shoulders and knees from years of marathoning and adventure racing and I've had great success with it. I also see a chiropractor whenever anything starts to act up and he'll throw a little EMS and/or ultrasound on my shoulder and it helps tremendously. It's always best to get a diagnosis from a real doc but personally I think my chiro knows more...
