ready for 1st real cycle

ok to start i was pressured into doing a cycle before not knowing anything cept wat my buddy told me, i did sus and deca with no clomid or anything. So now i wanna do it right. my gear is test eth 300, deca 300, winny , and NOV, should i get clomid also. How should i run these, like i said i dont wanna screw this up , i eat well and train m/w/f.
I was thinking start with deca at 600 wk and test 600 wk then jump in at the end with winny ed
Little help here please

test 600 ewk deca 400 how much did you run the gear at last time more stats to get more help bro. and by nov do you mean nolva? if so then yes get some run the winny at 50 ed. start pct at 14 days after last shot some people do it different i wait till about 16 days or so. Do a basic nolva and i would get my hands on some clomid just to help get the boys back in town and help your hormones bounce back.

so should i run the test and deca 1-12wks then jump onto winny the last half and after the last shot wait 12 dayz n start with nolv. Im thinking of running clomid before to get it into my system , i read it on here about doing that, how should i run all my gear
Im 6'0 196 23 and have been training intense 5 years

I would run deca for 10 weeks and test for 12. Add winny in @ week 8 and run for 6 more weeks. Winny hurts my joints get some joint maintance

I would run both for 12 weeks. deca is a very long acting drug. It will take about 4.5 weeks for it to kick in. I don't like Deca too much myself.

how long was your first cycle and how long ago did it end? Time on = time off so if your last cycle was 12 weeks long you want to wait at least 12 weeks before you start another cycle.

I'm not a big fan of Deca myself but if you're going to run it make sure it's about half of what your test is or you'll wind up with a limp gecko

bump that double the test dosage for the deca for sure ive never tried deca but will be doing it soon cant wait.
