Just wanted to post an update, I ran 100mcg of IGF for 5 weeks and I've had very good results and managed to stay very lean even though my diet was far from good. I'm a very solid 194 at the moment down from a steady 208 when my diet was clean. Made some good strength gains but more importantly I was able to solve a few nagging injuries which included a lower back strain, rotator cuff impingement and a hamstring pull. All of which are completely gone. The only side effect that kept rearing it's head was fatigue but I was able to counter it very successfully with 2cc's of B-12 every 2 or 3 days, which is another reason my diet wasn't on point. IGF increases my hunger to begin with but with B-12 my stomach would be growling 15 minutes after a shot... would be a great bulking combo for those ineterested.
