The money you are going to spend on....
"waxy maize starch
alpha lipoic powder
ascorbic acid powder
betaine HCL powder
creatine ethy ester
DL-phenylalanine
L-arginine Base powder
L-isoleucine powder
L-leucine powder
L-tyrosine powder
L-valine Powder
Taurine Powder
Omega acids - the liquid not the capsules
N-acetyl-L-carnitine powder"
...would be better spent on a gym membership and more food. Maybe keep the creatine, but even that is a toss up with limited funds.

bump thatmcgaret said:WOW, thats some list!! I have only been around this game for about 32 years.
Started at 16. Have seen tons of supps come and go. (and tried quite a few -
those adds make them sound great) What is still around is Protien (good quality)
and a multi-vitamin. A good control would be to eat good and sup with protien
and multi-vitamin - after a month or so add glutimine or something else and see
if it makes a difference. If you want to try all that crap (sometimes adding something
keeps your motivation up) do it one at a time to see if it actually makes a difference.
Starting with all that you wont know what is working and what is not. At 16 you
got time bro.
