high cal supps?

bout to start bulking up this winter. i was wondering if they have any type of weight gainer with small amounts of protein and no creatine. anyone got any ideas? doc dont want me on alot of protein and NO creatine. sux ass. already eatin 7-8times a day, nat protiens in eggs, tuna, and chicken,LOTS of veggies. pretty clean.
 
i am on a limited amount of protien diet. he didnt say anything about a weight gainer, i asked about that.
 
140g's i hope lol do you have kidney trouble or anything? why is he putting you on a limited amount of protein? this is the building block of muscles.
 
BTW my weight gainer has 60 g's of protein in it so that would be like half of the protein intake a day so i would say no on the weight gainers. Or let us in on some more insight bro.
 
yeah i got some mild kidney probs, got diagnosed last year. im still getting alil bigger from lifting. i went from 450gms protein aday to 140. BIG DIFF. had to change my entire eating habits. Come to find out, i've had this prob for about 6yrs and never knew it, had no symptoms. One day just started pissin blood and had an insane amount of protein in my urine.
 
damn man thats no good sorry to hear that. Most weight gainers i know of and use have at least 55 g's in it though which is alot compared to your daily intake. if you take one of those a day get some serious mass? or somethin else 1200 cals in there and put some choc. syrup and oats and other shit in there make it like 1600 cals. Just sip on that for about an hour and theres a ton of cals and hell most of your protein and it tastes pretty good oh yeah put some peanut butter in there too :).
