listen to this dumbshit i ordered aqua burn and got my order. so i started running it like the other liquid clen i have used. wrong move how much do u guys recomend 4 man and woman.

I started out at 50mcg. Very good stuff IMO. I never went higher than 100mcg. Of all liquid clen products I have used this is hands down THE BEST STUFF.

This stuff is intense! I would start like Gbart said man, two drops and then up it when you feel the comfortable with that dose, its VERY potent!

bump these replies, carefully monitor how muh you're using and add more very slowly until you know how you respond to it. More is not always better
