I've had peanut butter chocolate, it wasn't as good as I expected it to be but still good compared to some of the other shakes i've had.

I do vanilla too. The best one hands down is mocha joe though. taste like a coffee milk shake. throw some ice in it...freakin good!

6 grams of sugar really isn't all that bad. I do one shake a day to increase my calorie intake...perhaps I should bump it up to 2 or 3 a day come to think of it

never did the RTD kind, from what I understand RTD is a waste of money no matter what it is

Chocolate milk is good, and choc. mocca is good for the weightgainer.

i would drink it if they made one that tastes like whiskey...but while i am waiting for that to happen i use choc. N-Large with vanilla rice milk its fucking awesome

Man I absolutely love that orange'y stuff muscle milk makes..........Ive been using that one flavor for two years............it just reminds me of those ice cream "push-up's"

sure,

there are 18 grams of fat of which 8grams are saturated...


however, 80% of the saturated fats are " in the form of medium chain-triglycerides (MCT's) MCT's are typically burned as energy and show little or no propensity for storagee as body fat or a contributor to arteriosclerosis."
