how to best use this stack?

My friends vet has the following stack still in stock:
6000mg test;
4000mg EQ;
60 x 10mg tabs of dbol;
2250 mg of tren

It was originally intended for his horse's 10 weeks major bulking cycle, it unfortunately never got around to.

My friend wants to use the stuff for himself. He doesn't work out however, he's into running. He actually wants to use it to gain some lean mass, which he can perhaps keep, he does not want to get 'big' since a sudden burst out of his bus drivers uniform might arouse too much questions, he does want to stay lean. In fact most off all he wants to use it to simply have better recovery from his runs.

He does not really want to do a 10 week cycle, since his twin brother really gets extremely high blood pressure after being on for more than six weeks.

He's been reading about short cycles and stuff but he can't make up his mind if this is a good way to go.

What would be the best advice I could give him?
 
I would need to know your past cycles but,
I would do 700 of test each week
then do 600 of eq each week
20 mg a day of dbol 4 weeks
and 75 of tren each day

If he's not wanting to have dramatic size gains because of work I definitely wouldn't run 700mg test each week. And just becasue he has this much doesn't mean he needs to use it all at once remember. I personally would have him run about 100 test e or cyp, 75mg tren, and 200 eq (assuming it's 200mg) at once, 3 times a week. No reason to run that much test or dbol period if he's not wanting his gains noticeable.. as the above cycle imo would be very noticeable.

Well first of all I didn't go back and review what he had said, and I don't understand why a runner (didn't he say something about that?) would want to use AAS, but I do believe if he was asking the question (which he was) then if you were to address it correctly then the amounts you had suggested were too much, correct?
 
i say 250 test a week and 200 eq i dont see why you would run a cycle if you dont lift? this never was said but thats what i would do stay away from dbol for bloat. Get some hawthorne berry extract on hand and take for high blood pressure just keep it monitored at that low of a dose it should be fine. Personally if all he does is run i would stay away from aas but thats JMO.
 
I understand kit but the cycle i recommended is a mild one. he could go down to 500 for test and 300 for eq but I prefer 750 these days.
 
If he's a runner, is he a sprinter or endurance runner?

either way, gear wont help much - at least not what is listed. The eq at higher dosages might help if he were an endurance athlete. I noticed increased cardiovascular efficiency on eq but not much else. I am genetically built more like an endendurance athlete though. (ecto, tall, long skinny arms/legs, etc).

Here is what you do....
200mg of test 2 x a week 6 weeks
100 of eq 2 x a week 6 weeks
20mg of dbol for 4 weeks
tren 100 every other day for 6 weeks

Diet
Keep the carbs low so you can avoid blowing up and keep the protein high.
