lower back pain

dbol can cause back aches, try a belt and see how that feels, if that doesnt help, might have to work through it until the dbol runs out, and see if thats what is causing it.

you are probably getiing what they call a back pump if you are using the following supplements deca sustanon or dbol. I try to get more water seems to help me out.

yeah its more then likely the dbol bro i cant even mow the yard on my eq cuase my back gets all pumped up. throw a belt on it will pass.

Dbol is the cause. The nice thing is you aren't hurting anything. I did squats hard enough once that I had to stop and lay down twice on my way to the locker room (and this was in a regular sized gym).

I found a belt didn't help at all. In fact, I do better without (Except when I go over 600 on squats) since I have to keep my form solid.

I agree with the other replies but as always I have an additional theory to throw in... the smith machine isn't the best option for doing squats because it locks you into an unnatural position while trying to let your hips and knees carry you through the movement. I had a similiar problem years ago and was going to the chiro and he suggested I stop using the smith machine and it went away.

Dbol will definitely be the main culprit, but I also I agree with mikeswift on his additional theory. Do squats freestanding as it develops all the other stabilizer muscles too. Another thing that helps relieve chronic back pain is to make sure you are training your abs. A weak midsection will give you trouble with your back.

remember to use caution when switching from Smith to free standing squats, you're stabilzing muscles aren't accustomed to having to keep you from falling over so go a little lighter than you think you can handle and work your way up slowly to strengthen your lower back and not shock it, good luck and keep us posted

You've been in good hands, I was going to say dbol. Stay hydrated. I also find potassium tends to help. It helped when I could barely get through lifts while on M1T, that was by far the worst.

Stay hydrated, stretch, take proper supplements. Maybe try to find a bike at the gym that has a back to it. Mine does, they're usually the ones lower to the ground.

SD, good research bro! I had a real tough time with dbol because of those pumps...I will definately try the Ca and Mg next time....
