Aliens is the most logical conclusion to me.

For real , are you sure you're hydrating enough? That could be it. Was it legs? I know leg day takes a lot and when I'm serious bulking, I'll puke sometimes - but I feel better in about a half hour, not hours. Maybe blood sugar? Are you using slin or IGF?

Could be a myraid of reasons. Probably have to trouble shoot at this point. Does this happen often?

It's the classic blood sugar bottoming out problem. The formal name is 'exercise-induced hypoglycemia.' Some people are very prone to it, while others get it every now and then after a really hard, intense workout. When this happens, get some kind of carb in you fast because if you don't, your body is going to break down muscle tissue to feed itself which is something you don't want.

Yeah, it can happen to anyone. Just make sure you eat enough and watch the intensity--listen to your body. I'm one those people who are prone to it so I have to take longer breaks in between exercises. I also make sure I've had something to eat at least an hour and a half before exercising (nothing big), and I drink water throughout my workout.

You were also sick weren't you? Your body uses up more resources trying to get better than when you aren't sick so no wonder you had it happen, especially since you didn't get very good nutrition the day before.

im prone to it too i get it sometimes get all confused and shit one day i tried to buy a carbo force without my wallet lmao then i couldnt find my gymbag i got that in me and got back out there and finished up. Just get some carbs in you fast or like TK said your body will feed on your hard work your muscles.

Your body produces a large amount of LACTIC ACID which by all rights is a POISON. Your bodies natural response is to purge itself. This may include vomitting and/or diarhea. Also it is not uncommon to feel tired, sore, mildly feverish, headache and other symptoms which are also common to the flu or cold. Remember the byproduct of heavy muscular work is Lactic Acid which is a waste product (poison) and your body is trying to get it out.

Being an ALIEN myself I can rule out an abduction in your case. We are more interested in those who own bass boats with glitter finishes and consume large amounts of alcohol on a daily basis.
